When choosing the perfect people to hire, when it comes to your pets, there are usually some things to take into consideration. Because pets are also considered extended members of the family you want to be sure that they are left in the best care as possible. If you want to make sure your pets are in good hands it is best to hire pet services from companies who are fully staffed with employees rather than independent contractors(IC). There is a level of certification shown within these staffed companies. Staffed companies are better to use because the staff are trained and all progress are monitored. You know your pets are being well taken care of and comfort lies with them. Your pets are getting the treatment they should receive, similar to the one you would give them if not better. Your pets can be trained by them because they major in that area and are certified. If something was to go wrong they will try to compensate you where necessary and also try to gain customer satisfaction. The staff there is usually trained for the job and may have some level of experience. With these companies your mind is at ease because they can always be found if ever you are in need. You can customize how and when you want your pets to be treated and what treatment they should receive. Independent contractors can however let you down. Because they are independent there is no guarantee that your pets will be safe. You cannot monitor them neither can you verify that they are doing what they said they would be doing. These persons may also run off with your pets and may be difficult to find when you need them. You have no proof that they are trained or that they can offer the best care for your pet. With independent contractors they may seem to have experience but you do not know whether or not they actually have the experience they claim to have. You do not know where they trained, if they were trained, neither can you be assured that what you ask for is what you are getting. If something goes wrong there is a possibility that the situation may be resolved, but there is no guarantee that it will be handled in a manner that best suits you. If you need to choose between pet service companies and Independent contractors, it is better to go with the companies.
