For you to establish yourself as a freelancer, one of the first things for you to do is open an account online in which you will receive payment. Whether Paypal, Clickbank, E-Gold or any such accounts, as long as they will process payment for you, These accounts usually have requirements for your bank account #, and address both of your bank, and your home, and you have to be sure to specify whether you want it sent to you as a cheque, wire etc. After you have done that, then you try to figure out what it is you are good at..writing, IT, editing, Accounting, copywriting, Affiliate Marketing (sales) etc. Whatever it is, chances are, you will be able to do it online and get paid. In fact, this should actually be your first step. Decide on your hourly rate, and the minimum you will be willing to work for (you have to be flexible in the beginning, and work your way up from there). There are a variety of freelance sites available, on which you can sign up to find work to do. My advice is, start out by using the free sites, and after you have made some money, you can sign up for the paid ones..(Getafreelancer.com, is one of the free sites I have been using for the past couple of months). Do your research, and decide on the one you are going to use. This is very basic information, you would have to research to really find what you want to do. But good luck and god speed.
