A Challenge for Internet Marketers?

What I don't understand, is this, if you are all claiming that you are making soooo much money, and your system for making money is a proven system, you want people to come on board, why not offer to pay the first month for the person you are trying to get on board, and take back your money from their first paycheck..set up a system where it is automatically deducted. ever thought of that?. Prove to us that it really works. At no risk to the persons trying to find work to do. Prove to us that it is not a scam. Everyday we get another mail about a proven system, screen shots of monies being made, requesting that we add to internet marketers coffers. is this how the monies are being made? I am new to this, so I don't really know. But I am still looking for a proven system, with real people, making real monies. Think about this: if people are looking for work to do, wouldn't it mean that they need money? they don't want to have to risk payment after payment to find out. You are going to get commission from that sale, take the initiative, risk your money. That's what I would do.
